Launches ElevateEdAZ Southern Arizona Pilot Program


The Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce (GVSC), in partnership with the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation and the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber Foundation, is proud to bring ElevateEdAZ to Southern Arizona.


Already serving 25 schools in Maricopa County, ElevateEdAZ now expands its proven education-to-workforce model to Sahuarita Unified School District, connecting students with high-demand career pathways, dual enrollment, industry guest speakers, and real-world experiences.



Bridging Classrooms and Careers



ElevateEdAZ is more than a program—it’s a community-wide investment in our future. By aligning education with workforce needs, we’re creating opportunities for students to thrive while ensuring local businesses have access to the talent they need.

The Initiative Is Designed To:

Launching in Sahuarita Unified School District


The pilot will serve approximately 2,300 students at:

  • Sahuarita High School
  • Walden Grove High School

On-campus college and career coaches will support students, while GVSC leads business engagement

 to ensure opportunities reflect Southern Arizona’s workforce needs.
